Golden Years Homecare Specialist II is composed of a pool of licensed medical and non-medical practitioners who will be closely monitoring and assisting you with your daily needs and activities as you are on your road to recovery. We constantly keep in touch with your doctors and the rest of the Health Team to be able to accentuate the best possible care for you and to focus in areas where you need to improve.
